Get Hacking

Want to get started hacking and don't know where to start. If you aren't in Arizona check out hackerspaces.org to find a hackerspace near you.

For Arizona resources you check out Arizona Collab.

For young hackers check out Xplore Box. A subscription to Xplore Box will get you a new kit every month that teaches kids hands on about science and engineering.

If you want to learn about about Arduino and don't have anyone to help you I recommend the SparkFun Inventor's Kit. The booklet has step by step instructions that match the parts really well. You can go to THINKspot and work with theirs to see how you like it. I'm hoping to encourage more libraries to have these or something similar available.
