Sphero Maze and Lego programs

I've been working with the Chandler Library on 2 programs.

Sphero labyrinth; a challenge to write a program to drive a sphero robot through a maze.

Lego Machines for Master Builders in Training; Building a really fast spinning machine and giving kids the chance to build it stronger.

    Hmmm...
    looking at the maze, the following strategies will work: 1) left hand on the wall. 2) right hand on the wall

      That would be a good tactic. Unfortunately the Sphero MacroLab doesn't give you any sensing so you won't know if you are touching a wall.
